mondo invited me to adapt the wolverine poster that i created for their "snikt. bamf. thwip." gallery show into one of my wooden sculptures. here are some behind-the-scenes shots of that process.

one of the most frequent questions i get asked by new clients is "what's your process?". nothing more succinctly illustrates how a first take evolves into a rendered piece than these side by side comparisons of my comps and finals.
the rough drafts (left side of each entry) generally take two days to create while the final drafts usually take an additional 5-6 days to render.
this brand "refresh" has been a long time coming. and after three gallery shows over the past year, i finally made it a priority. hoo-ray.
i'll be posting fresh prints/appearances/endeavors/musings here in the blog while keeping the work gallery up-to-date with images of my newest projects.
as i continue to take on exciting new work (and really, guys, i can't wait to share some of this new stuff with you), my goal is to make visiting strongstuff.net a more organic and lively experience than it has ever been.
